Description:
Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is the isomers of linoleic acid. Studies showed that CLA is a potent antioxidant, anti-carcinogen, as well as a powerful immune system enhancer. CLA can prevent diabete and enhance immunity function. It can also lower blood cholesterol and triglycerides, and it has antiatherosclerosis and antiosteoporosis effects. It is noticed that CLA can reduce body fat and increase lean mass. It is mainly used as dietary supplements and food additives.
